Ethos Ministries means to develop, train, and release leaders by building a foundation of who they are and what they are called to, while creatively developing effective and practical ways to accomplish their calling and getting greater vision for how they can impact culture and history.

“Ethos” is defined as, the fundamental character of spirit of a culture; the underlying sentiment that informs the beliefs, customs, and practices of a group or society; the power of a group united in purpose and expectation.

In the book of Revelation an angel declares, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ” (11:15 NKJV).  What would a world look like where businessmen/women, entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, government officials, laborers, and ministers all lived with the same purpose; to see the kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of the Lord and His Christ?  In Jeremiah 1:5 God says to Jeremiah,

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

At Ethos Ministries we believe God has a very specific calling for every person on this earth and when an individual finds his/her calling they will find their purpose as well.  It is our passion to develop leaders in all fields who will not just be a bystander in history but are determined to shape it.
